Been thinking of getting one of these for a while. At a NAWCC show in Pasadena Calif last year I seen one in the flesh I would of bought it if I had not just bought a Omega Speedmaster a few minutes earlier and all the watch funds were gone. They are a good size watch at 43 mm and really show wrist presents photo's don't do it justice so after seeing that one and missing out on getting one.I sort of been on the hunt for one at a fair price. Then I checked German Ebay and put the max bid for the cheapest I seen them sell for on the US Ebay and got me one.The Heuer Bundeswehr was issue to the German Military in the 1960's to 1970's has a 43 mm case with a valjoux 230 ,17 jewel, hacking, flyback, hand wind chronograph movement.I really like this watch and it's been a while since I posted a watch here so long over due.
I started wearing it on this leather NATO I thought it looked better than the bund strap.
